ABOUT
With a background in design and a degree in Film / Video Production I have been involved in Post Production for over two decades. My editing skills have been honed throughout this time, using Avid Media Composer, Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro. As well as being skilled with editing packages, I am also experienced using Adobe After Effects, In Design and Photoshop.
I have the ability to intimately understand narrative and see the creative opportunities in every story I work on. I'm confident working independently or collaborating effectively with a producer, director or creative agency. In doing so I'm able to produce the most engaging, eye catching, technically proficient edits, to tight deadlines and always with the end viewer in mind.
My extensive experience includes a variety of genres including; high-end trailers, promos, long form, commercials, music promos and large scale sporting events. I am highly adept at managing post production work flows from script to final delivery and overseeing voice-overs, sound design, graphics, picture grading, and on-line. In my career, projects I have edited have been BAFTA, Promax and Cannes Lion nominated.
As an editor I’m a ‘safe pair of hands’. I know how to oversee a project large or small and how to craft a complex story. I have exceptional client facing skills, with many collaborators returning to work with me time and time again. I take care and pride in every edit I produce and making sure that every stake holder loves what I have made, just as much as I do.
